I've always wanted to do a windmill drawing, lots of them around here still. We had one on our farm when I was young. Dad took it down probably because it wasn't functional anymore, rusty, creaked and groaned alot, and got to be a safety hazard....I guess. Probably to keep a certain, ornry farm kid from trying to climb up it!

This particular windmill is from our favorite place to eat. A place called Bluff Lake near Maquoketa Caves State Park. All you can eat catfish, shrimp on certain nights. Not uncommon for groups to tailgate (drink beer, play cards) for an hour or two before they can be seated. Well worth the wait!! Yumm!
